Here's what's new, improved, and fixed on the Grateful platform this month.

📂 Bulk Document Upload - Upload multiple employee documents in one go from the dashboard. A new tracking page shows which files were matched to an employee and which weren't, and you'll get an email when processing is complete.

💳 Dojo Card Tips - Card tips taken on Dojo terminals now import into Grateful as gratuities automatically, sitting alongside your other gratuity sources.

⚡ Lightspeed K-Series Integration - Lightspeed K-Series venues can now connect directly through the Lightspeed API. Employees, timesheets and gratuities all pull through automatically once you've signed in.

🔌 Connect Deputy and Bizimply Yourself - Deputy and Bizimply are now available in the dashboard's integration settings. Location managers can connect their account with a guided sign-in flow - no need to go through support.

🛍️ Services Catalogue - Business admins now have a browsable catalogue of Grateful services in the dashboard, with a detail page for each one and suggestions for related services.

🎚️ Length-of-Service Tiers by Department and Role - Tiers can now be scoped to specific departments and roles, so different teams can have different thresholds. Individual employees can also be excluded from tier calculations entirely.

🔑 EPOS Now API Tokens - EPOS Now can now be connected using an API token, so there's no need to share full account passwords.

📄 Document Recipients, Sorted - Recipients are now listed alphabetically with anyone already selected at the top, and each one shows their pay ID so it's easy to pick the right person.

💼 Salaried Base Tronc Period on the Awards Card - The employee awards card now shows the salaried base tronc period, giving managers a clearer view of how salaried staff take part in the tronc.

📥 Manual Import Has Moved - The employee file import now lives in the More menu on the team page, labelled "Manual Import". Same feature, tidier page.

🏖️ Holiday Hours from Sona and Rotaready - Rotaready imports now bring holiday hours across alongside worked hours, and Sona can be configured with the pay variant codes that count as holiday. Either way, holiday time is included in tronc calculations.

🚀 Faster Dashboard Loading - We've trimmed some repeated data requests behind the scenes, so dashboard pages load more quickly.

🗂️ File Upload Details Upfront - When uploading files, you now add the name and description before the upload starts. Files can also be bulk-created and edited with more information captured from the outset.

🏦 Your Own Stash Reconciliation Reference - Each business can now set its own reference pattern for Stash reconciliation payments through the dashboard, rather than a single shared format.

🍞 Toast Gratuity Import - Two refinements. Cash gratuities are now excluded from the import so only card tips flow into tronc, and refunds settled in a later tronc period are attributed to the right period.

📅 Full Date Range on Tronc Period Detail - The tronc period detail view now shows the full start and end dates for the period, so there's clearer context when reviewing the breakdown.
