Here's what's new, improved, and fixed on the Grateful platform this month.

💷 Sona Payroll Integration - A new Sona payroll card on the tronc summary page lets you send tronc data to Sona and track your payroll submissions without leaving the summary view.

⭐ Tronc Period Rating - Employees and managers can now leave a rating on a finalised tronc period, giving a quick read on how each period landed with the team.

🗑️ Delete Gratuity Entries - Managers can now delete individual tip entries directly from the tips table, with a confirmation step to prevent accidental removals.

🕒 Activity Tab on Member Profiles - Each team member's profile now includes an Activity tab showing a chronological history of changes made to their account - handy for answering "who changed what, and when" without leaving the profile.

📊 Sage 50 Tronc Export - Download tronc allocation data straight from the tronc summary page as a Sage 50-ready CSV, formatted for direct upload into Sage 50 payroll.

📢 Updates Tile on the Support Page - A new Updates tile on the Support page gives you quick access to product updates and release notes - including this one.

⏱️ Harri Shift Hours and Breaks - The Harri timesheet import now reflects break times as recorded in Harri, so imported hours match what your team actually worked.

✅ Tronc Validation - When a tronc period fails validation, the summary cards and alerts now show clearer, more actionable detail - and smarter checks mean fewer false alarms for businesses without child sites or departments.

🧾 Timesheet Imports - Default Role and Department - When an import file doesn't specify a role or department, hours are now automatically attributed to the employee's defaults, with the import summary updated to match.

🔌 Wenodo Department Sync - Employees imported from Wenodo are now correctly assigned to their departments in both the employee and timesheet imports.

🔢 Payroll Display Numbers - Payroll display numbers now appear consistently across the tronc summary page and every HQ report format, including Sage 50, Fourth, concise, and summary exports.

🔍 Gratuities Report Filters - The gratuities and direct tips reports now include tip-type and employee filters in both the portal and dashboard, so you can narrow down to exactly the data you need.

⚖️ Cap Hours by Role - The cap hours tronc rule can now be configured per role, so different worked-hour caps can be applied to different roles within the same tronc period.
