Here's what's new, improved, and fixed on the Grateful platform this month.

📋 Activity Log - A new Activity page gives administrators a filterable audit trail of changes made across the platform, with date range and status filters to find exactly what you need.

🔌 PayCaptain Integration - A new payroll integration with PayCaptain. You can now sync staff details and trigger payroll runs with PayCaptain directly from Grateful.

🔌 Lightspeed Gratuity Import - A new Lightspeed integration that automatically picks up and imports your gratuity data. If you use Lightspeed POS, your accounting export files can now flow straight into Grateful via SFTP.

🗂️ Import Templates - Save your import settings once and reuse them. Templates capture field mappings, filter rules, and file-type settings, so uploading employee, gratuity, or timesheet files is faster and more consistent every time.

⚙️ Shift-to-Points Tronc Rule - A new tronc rule that converts employee shift hours into tronc points, so venues can distribute tronc on a point-per-hour basis.

📊 Sage 50 Report for HQ - HQ administrators can now generate and download employee tronc data in Sage 50 payroll format directly from the dashboard.

🏢 HQ Multi-Site Management - A set of improvements for multi-site groups: push tronc period summaries from HQ down to individual child sites, open all child site tronc periods in one click, and export a full team roster across every site.

👥 Employee Group Management - Managing employee groups got easier. You can now paste and import group data from JSON, view and edit any group's full member list, and groups are now archived rather than permanently deleted to prevent accidental removals.

🔌 Zonal Multi-Site Import - The Zonal gratuity import now handles venues set up with more than one Zonal site ID, so every site's tips are captured in each import run.

🔐 Bizimply OAuth - The Bizimply import now uses secure OAuth authentication, so admins can authorise and re-authorise the connection directly from the portal.

📋 Tronc Points Copy and Paste - You can now copy and paste straight into the tronc points editing grid, making it much faster to fill in or adjust point values across employees and groups.

🔍 Searchable Employee Select - The tronc adjustments screens now have a searchable employee dropdown, making it easy to find the right person in large teams.

✂️ Tippee Group Split Page - We've refined the allocation form on the tippee group split page based on your feedback, making it smoother to divide tips across a tippee group.

⬇️ Downloads from Embedded Reports - Embedded report dashboards now allow file downloads, so you can export data directly without leaving the report.
